Amish Originals Furniture Co. Launches Blog Featuring Amish Journal

Amish Originals Furniture Company, located at 8 and 38 N. State Street in Westerville, Ohio, celebrates its 17th anniversary with the launch of its new blog:

“Our goal is to provide information about our furniture and insight into the process behind it,” says Amish Originals founder, Doug Winbigler.

The Amish Originals blog will feature Miriam’s Journal: regular journal installments from a Holmes County Amish family.

Miriam will be sharing her life and the life of her family with blog readers. “In Amish culture, letters and journals are the Amish equivalent of our emails and blogs,” Winbigler shares. “To many, the Amish culture seems frozen in a time gone-by, and while their traditions and beliefs may differ from mainstream America, we all share the same everyday concerns for home and family.”

Amish Originals encourages readers to feel free to submit questions for Miriam as they follow along with her journal.
