Uptown Westerville is a Place for Good Deeds, Good Food, and Good Friends, Part 2

Sunday, June 17th stop by the Westerville Inn Bed & Breakfast, 5 S. West St., 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., for an old-fashioned cookout to help a good friend -- Deja Vu's Earlene Wandrey and her Relay for Life Team.

Westerville Inn is at the top of the hill at the east end of Alum Creek Park North and the Heart of Ohio Barbershop Chorus will be serenading cookout guests at the park amphitheatre (by the way, the Sounds of Summer Concert Series at the park is a great way to spend a summer evening, Sundays at 6:30 p.m. through August 19th).

Admission is $20 (all proceeds go to Relay for Life through "Earlene's Fighting Team") and BBQ pork, beer, and serving items are provided. This is an old-fashioned cookout, so feel free to bring a covered dish!

On-street parking is available around Otterbein College campus or park in the lot at Astronaut Grove (just a short walk to Westerville Inn).

Thanks to event hosts Brenda & Terry Winebrenner, Wanda & Dave Wells, and Marcia & Roy Lawson.

Westerville Inn Bed & Breakfast is a member of the Westerville Uptown Merchants Association.
