Uptown Westerville is a Place to be Well-Read

While closed today, February 16th, due to our near-record February snowfall (and the month's not over!), The Westerville Public Library, 126 S. State, is a hub of free or affordable activity Monday through Saturday.

Pop up to the library to read your favorite magazines or take part in special events like this cool, wintery family event: puppet adaptations of kids favorite stories. This month, WPL is featuring The Mitten, Porcupining & There Was a Cold Lady Who Swallowed Some Snow on February 18th at 2:30 p.m. and February 20th at 11 a.m. The puppet shows last about 30 minutes. Contact the library to register ahead 614.882.7277

WPL is a true community center -- find a good read, find resources for your job search, learn about local history, play a video game, participate in an activity, surf the web (wifi) or scheduling a meeting. The library even features a Starbucks kiosk and gift shop run by the Friends of the Library.
