Uptown Westerville is a Place to Get... Fresh Sweet Corn!

If it's Wednesday in Uptown Westerville that means WUMA's own Uptown Westerville Farmers' Market!

Every Wednesday, NE Corner of N. State and E. Home in the Church of the Messiah parking lot from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. through October 24th.

This week's feature is the first of the season's fresh sweet corn.

The Farmers' Market's own Katie Archibald reports that shoppers will find green beans, sugar snap peas, summer squash, zucchini, cucumbers, garlic, and peppers at this afternoon's market. And, of course, there are a variety of home-made-with-care products like chutneys, baked goods, roasted coffees, teas, and seasonings. Look for plants, fresh flowers, and fresh eggs!

As always, if you want pie -- get there sooner rather than later!!
