Did you know that the W. Main Street bridge over Alum Creek is going to be replaced? Did you know that in 2008 and 2009 Uptown Westerville will see some changes?
This Wednesday, January 16th, the Franklin County Engineer's office and City of Westerville are hosting a community meeting at the Senior Center, 310 W. Main, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. about the W. Main St. bridge.

Franklin County , Ohio --- Dean C. Ringle, P.E., P.S., Franklin County Engineer, announces that a public meeting to discuss the proposed replacement of the West Main Street Bridge over Alum Creek in Westerville will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at the Westerville Senior Center, 310 West Main Street.
The meeting will be conducted in an open-house format, from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., so that the public can attend anytime at their convenience. There will be no formal presentations, but engineers representing Franklin County will be present to discuss the project and to solicit opinions regarding design of the new bridge.
“This is an outstanding opportunity for the public to learn about this important project and to provide input by submitting written comments on forms that will be available during the event,” said Dean Ringle. “We are urging all interested persons to attend.”
